About Me
Hi, I’m Holly
(She/Her)
I found out I had Combined Type ADHD age 28 during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Like so many ADHDers, I used to feel so ashamed of my neurodiversity. That wave of guilt every time I forgot something important, couldn’t focus with the 6 radio stations of thoughts playing in my head all at once, or got told I was “too much” or “not enough”...
But once I started to understand my brain and practice self-compassion, I was able to take off the mask and own my ADHD. Then, by letting my true, adventurous self shine through, I was able to find ways to work with my ADHD, not against it.
Living with a disability means always have challenging days, which in a way I’m grateful for because they keep me humble and perfection is the enemy of progress.
But I've found profound happiness in my ADHD journey, and feel called to support other ADHDers on their path too.

My clients inspire me every day with the bravery it takes to embrace their ADHD and be their authentic selves, in spite of the stigma.
Who do I coach?
I coach ADHDers aged 18 onwards, including those with and without a diagnosis. (If you are looking for an ADHD coach for somebody aged 17 or under, please check out my referral partners.)
I work with people from all walks of life but I particularly love working with:
Creatives
Charity / Third Sector / Environmental Workers
Business Owners and Self-Employed
Wellbeing / Helping Professionals
Tech / Software Workers
Consultants
As a queer woman I also feel passionate about working with ADHDers from the LGBTQIA+ community.
What are my credentials?
I have a certificate in Laser Coaching from an ICF accredited coaching course, and am working towards obtaining my AAC credential.
I love the Laser Focused approach because it means I get to go deeper with you. I’ll invite you to build curiosity and resilience, get comfortable with the uncomfortable and dive into questions about the things that really matter like desires, values, beliefs, mindset and identity. That way, you can experience more profound shifts that get to the core of the issue and ripple out into other areas of your life, rather than just applying a band-aid to each problem.
And I’ve also been trained in ADHD Coaching in-house at The ADHD Advocate, and have facilitated peer support groups through The ADHD Collective. I also have experience coaching clients who have both ADHD and Autism or Dyslexia and have a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism and have completed the Inside of Autism training with The Autistic Advocate.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
“Holly is kind, understanding and tentative. Never rushed me. Made me feel so seen and supported. Asked all the right questions. I really couldn't have asked for anything better or different.”
What’s my coaching style?
1. I'm a proud productivity and personal development nerd, which is why coaching became my calling.
I help my clients figure out what lights them up, and unlock tailored tools and strategies that harmonize with their ADHD brain.
I get my dopamine from ice baths, meditation, bodyboarding, applying video game psychology to real life, fostering cats, spending time in nature, floating in sensory deprivation tanks, creating beach mosaics and visiting aquariums.
Where do you get yours?
3. In my coaching sessions, laughter and playfulness is integral.
That’s not to say we don’t get serious and do hard work! But I believe that humour has a transformative effect, allowing us to gain new perspectives, build resilience, tap into our creativity, and experience emotional release.
After all, we’re just squishy beings on a giant ball of rock hurtling through space at 67,000 mph. Why not enjoy the ride?
2. I always tell my clients: the key to unlocking ADHD is to find the ‘you’ in everything you do.
By tapping into your natural strengths and values, and sharing practical information about living with ADHD, I'll support you to develop strategies for daily life that actually work.
I’ll also be here to collaborate with you and help your brain get unstuck. There are creative ways to find motivation or leverage even in the most mundane or tricky parts of life. It just takes some skill, practice, and a fellow ADHDer on your team.
4. I’ll encourage you to be a curious scientist about your ADHD, and see that all data is good data.
Thanks to stigma, ADHDers tend to fear mistakes and internalise failure. But this is so often what holds them back from succeeding in their endeavours.
I’ve noticed when my clients take the pressure off and simply explore the fascinating world of their brain, collect valuable intel and conduct experiments, they are way more likely to achieve their goals… And more importantly love themselves!
5. Instead of claiming to have all the answers for you, I'll empower you to look in the mirror and discover your own insights.
As a fellow ADHDer, I’ll offer a compassionate ear and valuable reflections. And together, we'll uncover blind spots, clear roadblocks, and help you see the possibilities that may have eluded you.
My ADHD clients always tell me how life changing it can be to have a safe space to be totally themselves without judgement…
…with someone else who just ‘gets it’.
What do I work with people on?
My clients bring such a variety of topics and issues to sessions, which I love. But I do specialise in:
